I work with women who are done performing, done filtering, and done abandoning themselves in the moments that matter.
more about me
I’m an intimacy coach, but more than that, I’m a woman who has lived this. I’ve known what it feels like to lose myself, to perform, and to try to be who I was supposed to be. And I've also found what it means to come back. To something more honest, more alive, and actually mine.
Now, my work is about meeting women in those same places, seeing them clearly, and bringing them back to their own power.

“Rinsha sees straight through you — in a way that makes it impossible to keep pretending. I stopped performing and, for the first time, felt like I was actually being myself.”
— Julien & Camille
“She doesn’t let you hide, but she also doesn’t abandon you there. Being met like that changed everything. I trust myself in a way I never have before.”
— Clara V.
“Rinsha sees straight through you — in a way that makes it impossible to keep pretending. I stopped performing in our sessions and, for the first time, felt like I was actually being myself, not a version of me.”

“This isn’t surface-level work. Rinsha meets you in real time and names what’s actually happening without trying to change you. I feel more grounded, more honest, and more fully myself than I have in years.”
There's a part of you that's been waiting for a room where you don't have to hold it all together.
You're craving real intimacy with yourself, your body, your relationships, your life.
You're tired of keeping up with what everyone wants you to be.
You're done abandoning yourself in the moments that matter.
You've accomplished a lot, and something still feels missing.
She's not asking you to become someone new. She's asking you to stop leaving her behind.
